We Run On People Power! 

Together, we can provide comfort and peace of mind — one diaper at a time. The Diaper Bank of NC needs many things to help close the diaper gap. Most of all, we need people who understand that a seemingly small thing like a diaper can make a big impact on families. We work with hundreds of volunteers each month to repackage and prepare products for distribution. Individuals, groups large and small, and volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome! 

We wrap all of our products to prepare them for distribution in the community. This helps us in many ways, including inventory, minimizing storage needs for our partner organizations, and consistent quality and cleanliness. Packaging this way also allows for a more equitable distribution. Whether a family receives them from our mobile Essentials Hub Distribution, from a social worker, or at a food pantry, they can trust they will receive the same amount of product as everyone else.

Donation Pick-Up Driver 

We have donation Hot Spots all across town, and we need help picking up donations once these site boxes fill up (about once or twice a month). Contact us if you are interested! 

Host A Donation Drive 

Product drives help us cover bottoms and make a difference in so many lives!  

Become a local hero by making a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of babies and families in your community. Whether you choose to organize a drive in person or virtually, with the involvement of family members, a handful of friends, or coworkers, you can play a crucial role in raising awareness about our mission while having a great time. It is as easy as putting up a box and spreading the word! If you're wondering what items we need the most, don't forget to check out our Amazon Wishlist! 

Product Drives help us secure essential items for families, including baby wipes, period products, hygiene supplies, formula, and, of course, diapers. When you organize a drive, you are able to focus on the most needed sizes that help us fill the gap. 

There's no wrong way to host a drive. Choose a time and location, promote it vigorously (we're here to assist with that), and deliver the items to one of our warehouses closest to you. We will be there to help you unload and celebrate all you have accomplished!  

If you prefer a virtual drive, we're more than willing to help you set up a private page to share with your audience, or you can simply use our Amazon Wishlist for convenience.

If you're already planning an event, ask guests to bring a pack of diapers as their entrance contribution. Some occasions you can consider include:

Donate Product 

Every diaper makes a difference! We have donation Hot Spots all over town, ready to accept your donation of opened or new diapers, period products, wipes, adult incontinence supplies, formula, and women's and girls' underwear of all sizes! We are extremely grateful for these local businesses, community centers, and churches who are helping us fight diaper need.
