Please spend time today reading through our handbook. When you've finished, give your supervisor a signed copy of the acknowledgement attached below.
If you're in need of an office supply - pens, dry-erase markers, notebooks, etc. - check with the office manager to see if we have items in stock. If not, they'll order it for you. Same goes for general necessities (tissues, hand sanitizer, et al.).
If you need something for your computer, furniture, headphones, and things of that nature, please let your supervisor know and we'll review and order all reasonable requests.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to your supervisor or any other employee. We believe consistent open and honest dialogue is one of the keys to co-working success!

There's a few documents found throughout this handbook that need to be signed.
By the end of your first week:
Employee Handbook Acknowledgement
Conflict of Interest Policy
As early as possible, but ideally at least 6 weeks before child's due date
Parental Leave Agreement
The Handbook is not, nor should it be considered to be, an agreement or contract of employment, express or implied, or a promise of treatment in any particular manner in any given situation. This Handbook states only general Company guidelines. The Company may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify or vary anything stated in this Handbook—except as required by law, and except for the rights of the parties to terminate employment at will, which may only be modified by an express written agreement signed by you and the CEO of the Company.
This Handbook supersedes all prior handbooks, manuals, policies, and procedures issued by DBNC. Any violation of the policies and/or procedures set forth in this Handbook may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
