About the role: Reporting to the CEO, The Diaper Bank of North Carolina seeks an Executive Assistant (EA) with top-notch organization skills, great attention to detail, excellent written communication, and deep care for the mission and our impact in the community. This role is essential in helping the organization maintain a high level of service to the community and help maximize the CEO's effort, energy, and time. The EA anticipates needs, keeps the CEO focused on priorities and highest requirements, and offers exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
Executive Support
Provide Executive Administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, routing in/outgoing e-mail, arranging travel, researching, creating reports, answering phone calls, filing and managing documents.
Assist with planning and executing logistics for meetings, events, and other activities.
Provide support with new and ongoing projects related to hiring management, executive reports, and community engagement.
Communicate on behalf of the CEO with organizational stakeholders, including community members, partners, and leaders.

Requirements:
Three years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
Pass background check
Experience working in the nonprofit sector is preferred but not required
