Partner Agency Inquiry

Diaper need is an immediate and growing challenge all across North Carolina.

We distribute our hygiene product program through established agencies that work directly with families to ensure that:

• diapers quickly and efficiently get into the hands of those in need

• our program compliments other services such as home visits, health screenings, and job training

• giving a family something as simple as a diaper will also connect families to case management and broader social assistance programs and extends family engagement with agency services

In addition, DBNC partners with some agencies to provide diapers on a walk-in basis for emergencies and to serve clients who are not enrolled in a partner program. If you are in need of diapers, please get in touch with the organization closest to you to determine if you are eligible to receive diapers through their programs.

Become a Community Partner

We are very intentional with how we grow and whom we partner with to distribute our hygiene program. Our partners are home-visiting programs, shelters, community-based organizations, and clinics. If your nonprofit organization is interested in becoming a Community Partner, please submit a Letter of Interest and your organization’s tax exemption status to info@ncdiaperbank.org.

Letter of Interest should include:

• Description of Organization and Mission Statement

• Describe the need for hygiene supplies you are seeing in your community

• Describe how your organization would utilize our program (project and or program name, info, and focus)

• Must be completed and signed by the organization’s Executive Director

LOIs are accepted on an ongoing basis and allow us to identify gaps in our service areas across the state*.

*Please note that a letter of interest is merely the first step in a thorough, intentional application process. It does not guarantee that an organization will be added as a community partner of DBNC.
